Frigidaire and Garner are asking Moms to think ahead to November 1st – the day all of us change the clocks and get an extra hour – and pledge to use that time to help make a difference in the lives of children. Save the Children created the CHANGE program (Creating Healthy, Active, and Nurturing Growing-up Environments) to promote healthier lifestyles for children living in poverty by providing nutritious snacks and regular opportunities for them to be physically active.
Starting today, everyone who goes to Frigidaire.com and raises her hand with a pledge to make time for a child, Frigidaire will commit to donate $1 to support the CHANGE. As an added bonus, everyone who pledges her time will be entered for a chance to win a new Frigidaire Professional double wall oven.
There is also a Frigidaire Professional double wall oven to give away to our Mom Central Community! To enter to win, simply click here to visit Mom Central and tell them about your pledge and how you would give back your time to children in need. Mom Central will pick one lucky winner in a random drawing from all entries received!

thanks for the info on the Frigidaire campaign. will participate for sure. there's a group of working mom's who's story of making it work have become part of mutual of omaha's, aha moments campaign. if enough people vote for them or any one of them they'll become part of the 2010 ad campaign. it would be great for working moms to get more cases of their stories told.
the link is here: http://www.ahamoment.com/pg/voting?moment=ljaas
if you like any of them please vote. if you like them a lot tell friends please.
thanks,
cam

They are doing a good thing. This isn't self serving as some may think. I like this campaign and will try and help out as much as i can. Garner is a kind heart.
